Michelle, It's hard to believe this is only your first published book. Thankfully, it was not your typical, boring, long drawn out "how to" manual. I love that you  included your failures as well as successes. You emphasized the importance of utilizing and including others skills, talents and capabilities. Your step-by-step guide will allow any nonprofit to succeed!! This book will definitely go to the front of my library. I can't wait for your next masterpiece.
